What keeps you up at night?
I am very particular about getting my 8 hours of sleep every night and eating my meals on time. I have come to appreciate how taking care of myself on a daily basis means that I'm fresh and energetic to conquer the world. (Plus I can't resist my nice Casper mattress and weighted blanket 😴)
But I digress.. there are times when I do in fact forget to eat or get to bed. Looking back, what was I doing when this happened?
